Return & Exchanges Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have only 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you shall contact us immediately at Info@rjewelskl.com within 24 hours after receiving your product, and attach photos of any issues. We do not accept return without your proof of email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (return courier charges will be borne by the customer). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. However, you also have option to drop off your products personally at our HQ securely in advance notice within 3 working days.

We do not accept return or exchanges at our physical retail stores if you do not have authorization from R JEWELS HQ in the form of an official email response.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as customized products, special orders, sales items or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Ready stock jewelry are eligible for exchange or returns for next purchases, on the grounds of manufacture defect or incorrect sizing. Once we receive your email, we will respond with advice regarding stock availability and instructions to return item. Exchange of product(s) is subject to availability of stock quantity.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business working days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@rjewelskl.com.
